Karl Reinke, Co-Owner

As RG Asphalt and Concrete’s co-founder and owner, Karl Reinke has been with our company since the very beginning. With his experience amounting to something just over 30 years, Karl serves as RG’s chief of sales and customer relations. In short, he makes sure our company is fed and maintained by good opportunities to complete and perform work.

As the project and site development manager, he withholds one of the most involved responsibilities of strategic planning, which not only includes the present but also the future. In bearing this duty, Karl dedicates himself to growing the company that is RG Asphalt and Concrete.

Throughout his years, Karl has learned that maintaining positive relationships with both customers and vendors can be one of the most valuable aspects of operating a productive company. With his dedication, enthusiasm, and personal commitment to the people around him, RG will continue to grow and establish meaningful business relationships for the rest of its days.

Nancy Gavina

Nancy is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in office administration, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at RG. Having joined the company 11 years ago, she has been an integral part of RG's growth and success. As a key member of the team, Nancy fosters strong client relationships through direct and personalized communication. She provides invaluable support to employees by serving as a trusted resource for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Nancy is passionate about helping others succeed and thrives in a collaborative setting. Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the RG team.

Steve Bell, Sales and Project Manager

Steve is a top salesman and project manager at RG Asphalt and Concrete, demonstrating expertise in both sales and project execution. In addition to his sales acumen, he has developed expertise in designing parking lots and organizing asphalt and concrete projects of all sizes. While his primary focus is securing RG as a competitive paving/cement contractor, he also ensures clients can rely on the company for a wide range of building maintenance needs. With over six years of experience in computer software sales and double that in real estate/asset management, Steve has dedicated the last 11+ years to the construction industry. He leverages his prior sales and management knowledge to develop new techniques that have significantly expanded RG's sales figures. His experience overseeing staffing and operations for large apartment complexes provides him with valuable insights that help clients envision and achieve their capital improvement objectives. During his time at RG, Steve has acquired over 900 new clients and secured the company's status as a "Pre-qualified Contractor" with the Archdiocese of Chicago, leading to numerous projects in the Chicagoland area and expanding RG's reach into the Rockford church market. His positive, diligent, and forward-thinking attitude has allowed him to consistently exceed RG's goals, making him an invaluable asset to the organization.

Laurie brings 25 years of professional sales experience to RG, having consistently brought each of the three companies she worked for to the top of their respective markets in new customer acquisition and repeat sales. Her background is in sales and sales management, with additional experience in the restaurant and event-planning industries. This diverse background has provided her with a unique understanding of customer needs and the importance of building strong relationships at RG. Laurie prefers a relational sales approach, focusing on consulting and providing tailored solutions that meet a customer's true needs. She excels at understanding client objectives and developing strategies that not only meet but exceed their expectations. This client- focused approach, combined with her extensive sales experience and diverse industry background, makes her a valuable asset to the RG sales team.

Brian Brossard

Brian is a highly committed and hardworking member of the team, focused on maintaining the quality of services provided by RG. He has a proven track record of implementing successful cost- reduction techniques, efficient scheduling, and conducting compliance inspections. With 30 years of experience, Brian is skilled in managing projects, negotiating contracts, fostering vendor relationships, and coordinating and monitoring operations across the company's portfolio. He is proficient in using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact the company's success. His skills also include relationship development, long-term budgeting, organization and time management, innovative and creative thinking, portfolio management, value engineering. His experience as a Construction/TI/Capital Improvement Manager, Project Manager, Asset Manager, Facility Manager all make him a valuable asset to the RG team.

Karl Reinke Jr., Operations Manager

Karl Reinke Jr., operations manager, has dramatically improved RG’s efficiency both in the office and in the field. Following in the footsteps of his father and co-owner Ramon, Karl Jr. has been involved with RG since childhood.

Gabriela serves as the Administrative Assistant for RG Asphalt and Concrete, providing essential support to managers and performing a variety of clerical and organizational tasks within the office. She is known for her adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges, readily taking on new responsibilities and contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow. Gabriela's duties encompass a wide range of administrative functions, ensuring the office operates effectively and supporting the team's overall productivity. Demonstrating a proactive approach to her career, Gabriela is currently working towards obtaining her real estate license, with the goal of flourishing as a property manager in the future. This ambition reflects her dedication to professional growth and her desire to expand her skill set within the real estate and property management sectors. Her commitment to both her current role and her future aspirations make her a valuable asset to the RG team.

Alejandra Gavina

Alejandra is a personable and ambitious Executive Assistant at RG, bringing a strong sense of responsibility and empathy to her role.
